A dedicated Dealerward project management team oversees all large contracts, offering a comprehensive service.
- They work with both the client’s architect and our in-house designers to provide design resolution by; a) co-ordinating the site restrictions with the design requirements b) measuring and monitoring the actual build and c) liaising with the other contractors
- They produce the agreed construction programme
- Oversee all the Heath & Safety issues that are essential to the contract’s smooth running and success
- Deliver the necessary method, environmental and employment statements and standards and then police them throughout the life of the project
- Most importantly, provide the reassurance to both the main contractor and the client that the contract will be delivered on time and to the agreed standard
