By offering a complete service, from initial inquiry to final installation, we endeavour to achieve a seamless procurement process for our clients. We have considerable specialist experience; this knowledge we use to help all our customers through the supply process. At the design stage we will offer choices. Choices of materials, layouts, ergonomics, health and safety issues, costings and visuals, plus guidance with those choices. During manufacture our trained personnel ensure that a quality product is delivered, to be fitted by our trustworthy staff, all of whom have years of experience working within secure and pressured environments.

Our policy is to enhance clarity between the customer and ourselves, to then be able to deliver what is really required. Any new contract is allocated a project manager. Their role is key in this process. They ensure a customised response to the order and full liaison with the client. They collect and collate the detailed job brief from all relevant parties, they steer our design department to respond with appropriate ideas, they supply full sampling where required, present prototype if needed, police the manufacturing programme, direct the coordinated installation plan and respond to any after sales needs.

To achieve this consistency the project manager’s chief tool is the full implementation of recognised quality assurance procedures. Clarity will follow when adherence to detail is guaranteed. Be this through conversation, written work, drawing, sample or 3 dimensional object, reassurance to both sides can then be supplied and maintained.
